Disneyland’s treehouse to reopen in 2023 with new old theme

Disneyland’s Tarzan Treehouse, which closed in September 2021, is finally set to reopen sometime in 2023 as Adventureland Treehouse. The theming will be inspired by the 1960 film Swiss Family Robinson that served as the theme for the walkthrough attraction from 1962 to 1999 and is still the theme of other Disney treehouse attractions around the world.

Disney released a couple of concept art images of the new Adventureland Treehouse, a wide shot of the exterior and one of Mother’s Music Room.

Swiss Family Treehouses are still open at Magic Kingdom, Disneyland Paris, and Tokyo Disneyland. The return to Disneyland will bring the attraction back to active status at the oldest four Disney resorts worldwide.
