After revealing the model of California Adventure’s Pixar Pier coming to the park next summer, the 12 Days of Disney Parks series then revealed information about the Incredicoaster, the newly imagined version of California Screamin’ themed to the Incredibles.

The tunnels that are already part of the coaster will be home to some quick show scenes including a 40-foot Mrs. Incredible stretched through one tunnel trying to catch Jack-Jack. The fact that Jack-Jack is loose is the focal point of the re-theming. Edna was babysitting Jack-Jack and apparently she’s not very good at it. It certainly seems nice that the coaster will now have a story, but it’ll be interesting to see how much story they can fit into a two-minute coaster—and to see how each member of the Parr family gets to show off their powers.

California Screamin’ closes on January 8. Are you exciting for this reimagining?
